Return & Refund Policy

Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days after delivery.

Change-of-mind eligibility

Sale and clearance items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Rights for faulty goods are not limited by this exclusion.

Returned products must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with the original tags attached. Products should be returned in their original packaging. If an otherwise eligible return is missing its original packaging, a 10% restocking fee applies.

No other product categories are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Postage, exchanges and refunds

For a change of mind or purchasing the wrong product, the customer pays the return postage. For a change-of-mind exchange, the customer pays the return postage and the shipping cost for the replacement item.

For an eligible change-of-mind refund, we refund the product price paid, less our original outbound shipping cost.

For a confirmed product fault or quality issue, we cover the return postage and replacement shipping.

Approved refunds are processed within two business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
